Brown Community Management Focused on Growth for New Year

Acquisitions and commitment to excellence, ethics set stage for banner year

 

(Phoenix, Jan. 25, 2010)   Brown Community Management, based in Mesa and one of the leading homeowner association management companies serving the greater Phoenix community, today announced its plans for continued growth in 2010 on the heels of its recent acquisition of Caretaker HOA Management.

 

In spite of last years challenging economy and a poor real estate market, we have continued to grow and have hired new employees, said Bob Brown, president of Brown Community Management. We look forward to continuing that focus and momentum in 2010. Brown Community Management will continue to be committed to customer service, ethics and excellence in everything we do.

 

Brown Community Management acquired Caretaker HOA Management in September. The two companies merged, no jobs were lost and all communities kept the same manager.  In addition, Brown Community Management acquired 65 new communities or approximately 10,000 new rooftops.

 

In October 2009 Brown Community Management began work with Optima, high-rise on Camelback, expanding their reach by 260 condos. This January they begin working with Val Vista Lakes, a 20-year-old community with 2,200 rooftops.

 

In addition to continued expansion, Brown Community Management thrives because of its commitment to customer service and excellence. Brown Community Management requires all managers to maintain their CAAM designation, the only state-specific education program in Arizona for community managers. In 2009, Brown Community Management was awarded a Best of Mesa award in the category of Real Estate Managers.
