At Brown Community Management, we have a responsibility to give back to our community. This isn’t our policy…it’s our philosophy.  It’s important to us, as members of the community, to contribute to the greater good and help make our community a better place for everyone. 

Community Events  

Brown Community Management happily participates in community events in a variety of ways. We want to help make your community event the best it can be whether it’s providing a bouncy house for kids, providing a donation for a silent auction or raffling a plane ride with Bob Brown, our Founder and President!

Helping To Feed the Hungry 

Each year, our employees are excited to participate in a very worthwhile event called “CANcel Out Hunger”. Our company competes by donating and building a ‘themed’ structure made entirely of canned goods. At the end of the day, all the structures are dismantled and the canned goods are given to St. Mary’s Food Bank.   

Community Clean-Up 

When an association project is abandoned and only a few homeowners are left to fund the many services needed for a community, difficult choices have to be made. Many times, landscaping is a luxury the community can no longer afford. As a member of Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), we are always there to lend a hand when we hear of a community in need. Our generous employees have stepped up to help clean several communities around the greater Phoenix area. 

Charity Golf Tournaments 

Brown Community Management participates in charity golf tournaments that benefit a variety of worthwhile causes in Arizona. 

City of Mesa 4^th of July Celebration 

We are a proud sponsor of the City of Mesa’s 4^th of July Celebration. 

School Sports 

Brown Community Management sponsors a variety of children’s sports programs at schools around the Greater Phoenix area.
