HOMEOWNER CARE PROGRAM

 The Homeowner Care program is an early stage collection program. We developed this program to work with past due homeowners while their balances are relatively low in hopes of preventing the cost of recording a Notice of Lien or initiating legal expenses. This program includes a progressive series of letters, skip tracing to locate current telephone numbers and addresses and multiple telephone calls. Three-month payment plans are routinely accepted and monitored at no extra cost. Bankruptcies and bank foreclosures are monitored monthly. The cost of the program is passed along to the past due homeowners to help the HOA recover the collection expense.
