Brown Community Management works diligently to effectively resolve issues,
or quickly provide contact with the best possible expert resource available
to us. We have a customer service culture that drives our team to return
calls, direct solutions, and provide follow up that meets or exceeds our
customer's expectations.
Company History
Bob Brown started the company with a simple philosophy that came from his
first potential client. That statement stuck with Bob and that philosophy
is now our vision statement - 'Promises Kept and Expectations Exceeded', and
has been the catalyst for our growth. From humble beginnings with a single
phone and computer to our new state-of-the-art, company-owned facility in
Superstition Springs, Brown Community Management is able to serve over 80
associations currently making it one of the largest privately owned and
operated firms in the state.
Brown Property Management was started in 1996 from home with a few small
community associations, and rental units. By 1998 the business had grown to
service 10 communities, with support staff and the addition of one community
manager. In 1999 the business was incorporated as 'Brown Community
Management' to better reflect the focus of the business. Also in 1999, and
with more space needed, the company was moved into a 1000 square foot space.
By 2000, Brown Community Management was serving over 25 communities, and
shortly after, in 2001 relocated to larger location on Gilbert Road. As
growth continued through 2003, Brown Community Management was ready to
acquire a larger location and purchased a 2500 square foot office at 3333 W.
Baseline Rd, in Mesa. This additional space helped to facilitate excellent
service and additional growth, and allowed the commencement of servicing
commercial properties in that same year. In 2004 Brown community management
was servicing more than 30 communities, and again had outgrown its office
space. In 2005, a 6000 square foot building (the current location) was
purchased. Currently, the company serves over 100 community associations.
