Brown Community Management Focused on Growth for New Year
Acquisitions and commitment to excellence, ethics set stage for banner year

(Phoenix, November 8, 2011) – Brown Community Management, based in Mesa and one of the leading homeowner association management companies serving the greater Phoenix area, Sedona and Rocky Point, Mexico, today announced its plans for continued growth in 2012 on the heels of its recent acquisition of (Tillett) Sunrise HOA Management.

“In spite of this year’s challenging economy and a continued poor real estate market, we have continued to grow and have hired new employees,” said Bob Brown, President of Brown Community Management. “We look forward to continuing that focus and momentum in 2012. Brown Community Management will continue to be committed to customer service, ethics and excellence in everything we do.”

Brown Community Management acquired Sunrise HOA Management in October. The two companies merged, no jobs were lost and all communities kept the same manager.

For the third consecutive year, Brown Community Management has been selected for the 2011 Best of Mesa Award in the Real Estate Managers category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA). The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance   the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
