Vice President of Financial Services

Courtland has been with Brown Community Management (BCM) since 2011, where he started as a community manager. In 2014 Courtland was promoted to the position of Financial Services Manager. Now as the VP of Financial Services he is responsible for the oversight of the accounting process to ensure that all activities from accounts payable and accounts receivable to collections and resale are correctly processed so that BCM produces quality financials for out communities. In addition, Courtland manages our internal cross training programs which help to ensure that all Brown team members have a good understanding of the entire business model and the importance of everyone’s role in the management of community associations.

Over the last 23 years, Courtland has gained critical experience in community and property management, customer service, sales, marketing, mortgage banking, finance, project management, and retail management. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Southern California College and his Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.
