Senior Vice President of Management Services
Tim has been an integral part of our team since 2008 when he began his career with us as a Community Manager. His potential was obvious, and he was quickly promoted to Senior Community Manager in 2010.
As a Senior Community Manager, Tim’s responsibilities included developing and implementing time efficiency and protocol practices, mentoring other community managers, and training and developing new hires into their roles as successful community managers. In April 2013, Tim was promoted to Vice President where he mentors and supervises a staff of ten community managers, with a focus on time management and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Tim studied Finance and Business Management at State University of New York and moved to Arizona in 1995. A professional in the auto finance industry for seven years, Tim then moved into mortgage industry for another seven years. Tim’s desire to give back to his community includes volunteering his time to serve on his Board of Directors, including roles as President, Treasurer and Secretary.
